How Takezi helps at the counter
Taking an order and handing over a ready meal are different jobs, but they often happen in the same crowded doorway. Takezi's workflow lets customers order and pay from a QR code, step away, and return when the shop marks the order ready.
Our focus is the counter and pickup window: cafes, bakeries, food trucks, pizza shops and fish and chip shops. The model is a shop subscription with direct customer payments and no commission on the food.
