Fish & chips
QR ordering for fish & chip shops
Friday night. The window queue is out the door and everyone in it is asking the same question. A QR on the window answers it.

The window queue
Fryers full, tongs going, and a line of families at the window waiting to say two flake, one minimum chips. A QR on the window or the counter lets them scan, pick the order, and pay on the phone — Apple Pay, Google Pay or a card through your Stripe or Square — then get out of the doorway. No guest app. No account.
Big orders, long fries, no hovering
Family orders are the best orders and the slowest ones. The ticket lands on the pickup queue — a phone or tablet by the fryer — and you work through them in order. The family walks to the beach or waits in the car instead of packing the shop. When the parcel is wrapped they get one ping — tracking page first, WhatsApp if they have it, SMS as backup — and come back for it hot.
Friday costs the same as Tuesday
Takezi is a shop subscription — A$99 (600 SMS / 1,000 WhatsApp) or A$249 (2,200 SMS / 6,000 WhatsApp). Page orders are unlimited, so the Friday rush costs the same as a quiet Tuesday. Extra SMS after the cap is about 5 cents. No food commission. Not a marketplace. Australia only. Paid from day one, cancel anytime. Optional 7-day taste: card on file, 20 SMS and 50 WhatsApp, then A$99.
What this is not
Not table QR. Not dine-in. Not a POS. Not a delivery marketplace. Same job as the rest of the site: kill the queue at the window, right now.
