The Takezi subscription starts at A$99 a month excluding GST, with unlimited page orders, 600 SMS and 1,000 WhatsApp messages. Busy is A$249 a month excluding GST, with larger messaging allowances. Takezi's model charges no commission on the food.
Takezi is available for Australian takeaway shops. Tell us about your shop to get set up with a plan or arrange the optional 7-day trial. Sending the shop form does not start a subscription.

Get startedThe subscription includes the QR menu, customer ordering page, staff pickup queue, guest tracking page and order-ready notifications. Viewing the tracking page does not use an SMS or WhatsApp message. Messaging allowances are separate from the number of food orders your shop takes.
Guests pay through your own Stripe or Square account. Payment processing charges remain separate from the Takezi subscription. Confirm the payment provider and features available to your shop during onboarding.
These examples use the published prices. They are illustrations, not quotes or customer results. SMS overage is estimated at A$0.05 per message; final rates will be confirmed before you start.

The base subscription including 10% GST is A$108.90 for Takezi or A$273.90 for Busy. Payment processing and any additional messaging charges are extra. A busier service can use more messages even though page orders are unlimited.
Estimate how many ready notifications you expect to send each month and through which channels. Start with your busiest trading days, then check whether 600 SMS and 1,000 WhatsApp messages cover that pattern. Busy increases those allowances to 2,200 SMS and 6,000 WhatsApp messages.
