Busy coffee shop. Queue to speak. Takezi is built for that. QR on the counter, the window, or a second order-here spot. They scan, pick the coffee, pay on the phone — Apple Pay, Google Pay or a card through your Stripe or Square — and step aside. No guest app. They are out of the line.
The ticket hits the machine
The barista sees the ticket on the pickup queue. Coffee comes up. They grab it. Staff run the pickup queue on a phone or tablet. Guests never install anything. That is the whole staff motion.
One ready ping
They paid and moved. Stepped aside. Sat down. When the cup is up they get one ping — tracking page first, WhatsApp if they have it, SMS as backup. One message. Extra SMS after the cap is about 5 cents. No order cap.
Not table QR. Not me&u. Not Toast.
